WP SiteGenius is a membership-based video site where you learn to build your own WordPress website for your business, side hustle, hobby or blog. Discover professional techniques for a detail-designed, secure, responsive, SEO-friendly website with WordPress best practices.
Who is this site for?
WP SiteGenius is for anyone who wants to build a WordPress website. The courses are designed for business owners who want to create their professional website at a fraction of the cost it would take to hire a developer or agency. Monthly subscription-based membership pricing means your can create at your own pace, learn as much as you want, and cancel anytime.
How much does it cost?
Please see our Memberships page for all the genius perks you get and pricing for the membership that works best for you.
In addition to the WP SiteGenius monthly subscription, you’ll need to purchase hosting and a theme. This is described on the memberships page and shown in the video courses.
Do you store my credit card information?
WP SiteGenius completes all payment processing through Stripe. All of your credit card data is stored at Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
WP SiteGenius doesn’t keep, or know, any of your payment details except through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
Because WP SiteGenius is by subscription on a monthly basis, we don’t offer refunds. However, members can cancel their subscription plans at any time, for any reason.
Is coding or programming knowledge required?
With the exception of the freelancer membership, the courses in WP SiteGenius are purposefully designed for you to develop and maintain your website with no coding experience required.
What makes WP SiteGenius different?
The WP Site Genius memberships provide self-paced learning while you build your business website. Everything is in one place for you to create a website for your success. Although presented in a class format, these aren’t classes in the traditional sense, but practical steps that ensure you can get your business online fast, at a professional level. Get ahead of the competition before you get left behind.
Will you add new content?
Yes! We’re adding new content all the time! In the future we’ll add content for how to make an online store with WooCommerce, a membership site with MemberPress, a site offering online classes or courses with WordPress LMS (Learning Management System) plugins, and a community social networking-type website with BuddyPress.
Is membership only for businesses?
Although WP SiteGenius is geared towards small businesses, you can join and follow our courses to create your own WordPress website. Whether for your side hustle, hobby, a church, a wedding gallery, or many other types of websites, you’ll create a finished site with our courses and community. Dream an idea? Create a website! Other examples include for podcasts, schools, animal shelters, non-profits, and clubs.
What happens after I create my website?
Once your website is complete, you can ask and answer questions in our community forums. WordPress requires updates and backups and sometimes those need troubleshooting. We’re always adding new course content at WP SiteGenius so you might want to expand your website along with new ideas!
My country isn't showing as available, what should I do?
If you don’t see your country listed during registration, please contact us and we’ll determine whether to add it. There may be geopolitical constraints with United States laws.
